Help young adults aged 15 to 35, regardless of their economic situation, occupation and status, to improve their living conditions by supporting them in their efforts to find a job, a return to school, an entrepreneurial project (economic, community or artistic), etc. The Carrefour welcomes young people living in one or other of the 23 municipalities of the MRC de Vaudreuil - Soulanges. We help them identify their passions and support them in developing their skills in order to achieve greater autonomy.
That each young person from Vaudreuil-Soulanges occupies the place that suits them in our society and that they contribute to it in a position, an activity or a project where they can develop their full potential.

The CJE is like a big family! Come and take a look around and you will understand that everyone is welcome here. Our support is provided with absolute respect and without judgment. Our team, combining employment counsellors, guidance counsellors, youth workers and other experts, collaborates to contribute to the success of our young people.
L’année 2025-2026 témoigne de la vitalité et de l’engagement du CJE Vaudreuil-Soulanges envers les jeunes de notre région. Cette année, 1 468 jeunes ont bénéficié de nos services, chacun avec un parcours, des défis et des réussites qui illustrent l’importance de notre présence dans la communauté.
Dans un contexte où l’intégration au marché du travail demeure un défi pour plusieurs jeunes, nous avons poursuivi nos efforts afin d’offrir un accompagnement adapté à leurs réalités. Notre présence dans les milieux scolaires s’est également renforcée, permettant à près de 3 000 jeunes de participer à des ateliers sur des enjeux concrets comme la recherche d’emploi, la conciliation études-travail et la littératie financière.
Enfin, grâce à de nouvelles collaborations et à des projets rassembleurs, nous continuons de créer des occasions pour les jeunes d’explorer leur potentiel, de s’impliquer et de bâtir leur avenir avec confiance.
