Well that's it, my first word as president! What an honor! A director since 2016, I had big shoes to wear after the departure of Hugo, a member of the Board for 15 great years and president since 2018. Despite the vertigo that this challenge could give me, I had two assets to allow me to go for it: a mission that touched me and an outstanding team!
Indeed, the CJEVS is fortunate to be able to count on a team as dynamic, professional, creative and committed to its customers, the population and employers of Vaudreuil-Soulanges, both in terms of its permanence, its management team and its directors! As president, it is with great pride that I look at the annual report and all that has been achieved by the team for the greatest benefit of our customers and the community, again, during a period of uncertainty and lockdowns, while we were living through this 2E COVID19 year.
So I want to take a few moments to congratulate the employees, as well as Eve, Martine and Jessica, for all the work they have done! As always, the results speak for themselves! I want to thank you, because beyond the numbers, they are people, who see their lives change, who are inspired and better equipped for a life that is like them, thanks to the passion you have for your work and our customers! I would also like to thank the directors with whom I have been working for a number of years now. Thank you for your time, thank you for your ideas, thank you for your work, but above all thank you for your openness, for your involvement! It is a pleasure to work with such a strong and disciplined team! A huge thank you to Lyne, who is leaving us in June after 10 years as an administrator. You have been a beacon for me, thank you for your support and all your contribution. I wish you all the best!
I could not finish without thanking the donors and partners without whom all these projects and lots of other crazy ideas would not be possible! Thank you for allowing us to contribute to helping the next generation to dream better, do better, live better and be happier!
“Our board of directors is made up of 7 volunteer people who live and/or work in the MRC of Vaudreuil-Soulanges. We meet every six weeks to ensure respect for the mission, values and sound management of the Carrefour. We support the team in its mandate and contribute to developing the vision of the organization.”

President of the Carrefour since June 2021, I have been involved as an administrative officer for 5 years already, and it is a real pleasure to give my time and expertise to an organization that makes such a big difference in the region, not only for the economy, but also for the next generation, but also for the next generation, the adults of today and tomorrow, to offer them the opportunity to find a job, a career, a goal, a project, a sense... I am proud of the CJD team EVS and the work done by directors, management and all employees!
Very passionate, I love taking on challenges and doing things to surpass myself as much as taking time to recharge my batteries: hiking, road biking, self-defense, yoga, travel... For me life is about working hard, doing what I love and helping others... When I am not running after my children or on my thousand and one projects, I sleep to recover and get going better! 😉 Life is a great adventure where we are the captain! 😊

I have been a member of the board of directors of Carrefour Jeunesse-Emploi Vaudreuil-Soulanges since 2017. My involvement at the Carrefour started as an employee since I worked as a guidance counsellor there from 2007 to 2014. I chose to get involved in the CJEVS board of directors because I strongly believe in its mission. I am proud to observe that young people who dare to walk through the CJEVS door find not only a dynamic and committed team, but resources that allow them to develop personally and professionally.
Above all, I am a person who thrives on human relationships. However, I like to feel close to nature and animals. Raising chickens and growing vegetables are part of my lifestyle. There is no better way to stay connected!

I have been a member of the Carrefour board of directors since 2019. I have been a notary since 2004 and established my office in the Vaudreuil-Soulanges region in April 2019. I use my work experience to support the management of the hub and to get involved with young people in the region.
I love drawing mandalas. When I do it, time stops and the worries disappeared the moment I drew.

I have a bachelor's degree in fashion marketing, for several years, employed in the Art and Culture division at the city of Vaudreuil-Dorion. I am a creative, dedicated, innovative but above all positive person and always looking for new challenges! A former user of Carrefour services, my objective: to help my community, including that of the Carrefour Jeunesse Emploi Vaudreuil-Soulanges!
I am a girl who always likes to learn, my passion is human. Curious by nature, through my reading, I managed to make my way in this wonderful world, which is ours. Whether it's novels or personal development books, reading brings me calm and an open mind to life situations. What happiness on a daily basis!

I joined the community sector in 2022 as an employee and that made me want to get involved in the community. The mission of the organization spoke to me. I finished CEGEP and didn't know what I wanted to do. I finally took a break from studying for a few years and finished my studies in human resources at 30. The CJEVS is a place for young adults who like me at their age feel a bit lost, they are great projects that allow us to discover everything that youth has to offer us.
I am passionate about board games about general knowledge. A few years ago I had learned all the countries and capitals of the world for fun. I am a “fan” of sports, in fact, of listening to sport:P I was looking for a passion for a long time until I understood that I am a generalist, someone who wants to learn and know a lot of things, especially when it is related to humans.

I have been a member of the Carrefour board of directors since 2023. A former Carrefour client, I came there in search of myself and in order to surpass myself in everyday life. In addition to having found answers to my questions there, the Carrefour gave me an incredible and warm support system. I decided to join the board of directors because I know, personally, that the work that is done with the team helps enormously among young people and adults.
I am a pretty reserved girl so being in my bubble suits me very well, but when I have the chance to help someone in my personal life or a stranger in the supermarket, I'm going to be there for them. Although I am embarrassed, if I am in good company and the weather allows it, I love to play sports, especially soccer. Dressed well or not, life is too short to focus on the little things. 🙂 Doing what I love is what matters to me.
