To become a member and maintain membership in any of the categories of members of the Corporation, any person must:
- share and respect the mission, values and goals of the Corporation;
- act in order to improve the quality of life of people affected by its mission;
- reside or work/intervene in the territory in which the Corporation operates;
- reside or work/intervene in the territory in which the Corporation operates;
- complete the membership application form adopted by the Board;
- pay, if applicable, its annual membership fee within the period indicated by the Board of Directors;
- not have been refused by the Board; continue to meet the eligibility requirements
Create a link with the CJE by becoming a member. In addition to being informed, you actively contribute to the organization and our activities.

The CJE has five (5) categories of members: “young” members, “citizen” members, “employed” members, “NPO/Community” members and “Corporate” members
To be a “young” member of the Corporation, every person must meet the general eligibility criteria and must also:
- be between 15 and 35 years of age (inclusive)
- use the services of the Corporation or have already used its services
- meet general eligibility criteria
To be a “citizen” member of the Corporation, every person must meet the general eligibility criteria.
To be an “NPO/Community” member of the Corporation, any organization must meet the general eligibility criteria and must also:
- be legally recognized under the Quebec Companies Act
- meet general eligibility criteria
- be accepted by the CA
Note: the delegate of the “NPO/Community” member of the Corporation must formally obtain the authorization of one of the bodies of this association.
To be an “employee” member of the Corporation, any person must meet the general eligibility criteria and work for the Corporation on a regular basis.
To be a “corporate” member of the Corporation, any organization must meet the general eligibility criteria and must also:
- have legal recognition (public, parapupublic or private/excluding political parties or political authorities)
- meet general eligibility criteria
- be accepted by the CA
