The person must prepare all meal orders between 11 am and 5 pm from Thursday to Sunday. She must keep the kitchen clean and prepare food for her service and that of the evening. She must also wash her preparation dishes (and not customer dishes).
- Experience in commercial cuisine (restaurant, snack bar, etc.)
- The ability to work quickly, accurately, while remaining calm at all times (excellent stress management)
- Autonomy, speed of learning
- Must have your health and sanitation certificate (MAPAQ) or be ready to complete it online quickly
- Food preparation (cutting, storing, etc.)
- Cooking, preparation and platting according to established recipes
- Kitchen cleaning and kitchen tools/equipment
