With the help of our incredible nutritionist, Catherine Clément Dumas, we will go shopping together and make delicious healthy snacks.
Outline of the day:
- Question period + food management and budget workshops
- Go grocery shopping accompanied by Sihem Goudjil and Catherine Clément Dumas
- Make healthy snacks
- Share snacks to the community in need
Our goal is to learn how to cook and then offer them to the community in need. Join us for a rewarding experience that combines the pleasure of cooking with social action!
